At 9:30am, I went to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland and met Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, to price up for the work he required doing on the premises during the week commencing Monday, 22 December 2006.

I started the work at the Sanam restaurant, Elland, and completed on Friday, 22 December 2006 as was promised.

I returned to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland to meet Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, as arranged to collect my cheque. But Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, had got held up, and didn't make the meeting.

I returned again to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland to meet Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, but again Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, didn't make the meeting.

After numerous phone calls I finally got to see Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, at his premises in Bradford, where I finally received a post-dated cheque for the work done.

At 3:00pm, I went to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland and met Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design, where we discussed a couple of bits of extra work that were required to be done.

I returned to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland and painted a couple of handrails that had been installed the day before, and then posted my invoice for 20.00 GBP to Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design.

I returned to the Sanam Restaurant in Elland and painted a couple of lowered ceilings that needed freshening up, and then posted my invoice for 53.00 GBP with a copy of my previous invoice for 20.00 GBP to Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design.

After sending statements and reminders I am still waiting for the 2 invoices to be paid by Faz, of Restaurant Interior Design.

My invoices of

are still outstanding for the work done.
